Staman Automatic is headed by the latest CNC lathes and CNC machining centres. The
efficiency of the plant is run by a planned maintenance program which keeps the
plant up to date with the latest technology in tooling CAD/CAM systems and equipment.
The plant is also equipped with single and multi spindle automatic lathes, turret
lathes, milling machines, tapping and pressing machinery.
We can automatically turn bar diameters from 2mm up to 60mm, and up to 300mm diameter
chucking.
Our workshop is equipped with a wide range of machining centres, from high speed
drilling and tapping machines to heavy duty milling machines. Our largest machine
is capable of machining components which are 1200mm long by 650mm wide. We are able
to machine up to 4-axis simultaneously.
We are also equipped with the latest de-burring and polishing machines, which provide
the quality and surface finish that is required by our customers.
Staman's advanced facility and technical capabilities enables them to tackle complex
components such as castings in abnormal shapes and various materials. We are able
to take on long and short term runs on most machined products.
